ANTI DRUG operatives of Lumbia Police Station, this city has filed illegal drug charges against three suspects –– including one village alderman –– before the City Prosecutors Office.

The three suspects were arrested in a buy-bust operation last week.

Authorities identified the drug suspects as Marc Jim Decena, alias Into, 37, and a resident of Grand Europa Subidvision, Barangay Lumbia; John Marsigan Ambalong, 36, and a resident of Frontiera Subdivision, Barangay Lumbia; and Jaylord Cabulay, 45, and a resident of Zone 3, Barangay San Simon.

Cabulay is a barangay kagawad of San Simon.

According to Chief Insp. Dennis Ebsolo, Lumbia Police Station commander, they considered Cabulay as a “high-value target” in their campaign against illegal drugs.

At about 2:30 pm last Thursday, police caught the three suspect in a buy-bust operation in Montana Vista Grand Europa Subdivision in Lumbia.

Seized from the three suspects after the arrest were suspected shabu with an estimat weight of 10 grams with a street value of P70 thousand and the P300 marked money.
