VICE GOVERNOR JOEY G. PELAEZ speaks before the School Principals and School Heads who are participants of the 5th Division Management Committee (ManCom) Meeting of the Department of Education-Misamis Oriental (DepEd-MisOr) headed by Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Cherry Mae L. Limbaco. Vice Governor Pelaez presented his advocacies, activities and achievements, requesting DepEd to institutionalize the A Happy MisOr Reading and Writing Habit Program proposed thru a Resolution by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan. He also informed the participants of the upcoming book distribution to selected schools in Misamis Oriental with the many books donated by the Children International Philippines, Inc.
