BUTUAN City — A total of six persons suspected to be involved in illegal drugs, one of them a 15-year old girl allegedly live-in partner of the subject of the search warrant were arrested by joint operatives of the National Police and Drug Enforcement Agency Friday morning at about 5:40 am at Purok 10, Barangay Tambak, Doongan, this city.

Report from Butuan City Police Station 2 identified the subject of the search warrant issued by RTC Judge Emmanuel Escatron as JamilJasmic Rascal alyasMemec, 30, who mysteriously disappeared minutes before the government operatives arrived in his rented room where the search warrant was supposedly to be implemented. This paper is withholding the name of Rascal’s supposed live-in partner.

Rascal’s alleged live-in partner is the seventh among arrested minors for alleged involvement in the proliferation of illegal drugs.

The other five suspects arrested were identified as Shiela May TemperaturaMahinay, 21; Jaymark Rivera Batoon, 18; LemuelQuezonaDelapeña, 24; ElinitoPagara Buran, 20; and RejanLadao, 20, all residents of Barangay Doongan, Butuan City.

Confiscated from the arrested drug suspects were 62 small sachets suspected to have contained 11 grams of shabu estimated to worth P139,800, drug paraphernalia and live bullets of .45 caliber pistol.

The firearm .45 calpistol was allegedly in the possession of the escapee suspect who is still at large.

Arrested suspects are in the custody of the authorities including seized while criminal charges are set to be filed soon waiting further proper documentation, the police report concludes.
