The beneficiaries are those who have been displaced and affected during the focused military operation of the Joint Task Force Central against the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF) and to Daesh-inspired Toraife Group (DITG) in Salibo, Pagatin, Mamasapano and Shariff Aguak box earlier this month.

“We will facilitate the delivery of health services to the most affected community that needs medical attention,” 2MIB Ltc Alvin Iyog said.

“It is with great pride for the Joint Task Force Central to have served the people of Datu Salibo and address one of the most serious threats of violent extremism brought about by the BIFF and DITG who created fear and sorrow to the community,” said Joint Task Force Central Commander Brig. Gen. Cirilito Sobejana.

It’s also a way of giving back, the JTF Central launched medical mission and civic action programs for some communities after being assisted by the residents in the fight against the terror group, Sobejana added. (with reports from 6id)
