CITY Councilkor Romeo Calizo, chairman of the committee on police, fire, and public safety said he has summoned all law enforcers for a meeting this week to ensure the security of the city during the holidays.
Calizo added he specifically invited city police director Senior Supt. Ronnie Francis Cariaga and all the station commanders of the Cagayan de Oro Police Office.
The meeting, Calizo said, will give law enforcers a chance to respond to the complaints his committee has been receiving.
“Dili nato gusto nga na-a kini nga mga reklamo against sa atong mga law enforcers, that is why we need to have a clarification on this matters,” said Calizo.
He added they will also discuss measures to prevent accidents caused by firecrackers.
