The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental has started its month-long free consultation at the first floor of the Capitol’s main building in support of the Nutrition Month Celebration this July.
Dianne Lloren, a registered nutritionist/dietician of the Provincial Nutrition Office, said Misamis Oriental residents of all ages can now access the free consultation on non-communicable diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, kidney disorders and arthritis, among others, Mondays to Fridays, from 9:30 am to 11:30 am.
Lloren further said this is a part of the activities lined up for the whole duration of the celebration this month. She said Governor Yevgeny Vincente Emano is keen of servicing the Misamisnons especially in the monitoring of their health.
She urged the people of Misamis Oriental to observe proper diet and healthy lifestyle to achieve good health and extend their life span on earth. (pio misor)
