Chief Insp. Melgar Devaras, City CIDG commander, said the buy-bust operation they planned originally targeted William Ogdamin, 38 years old.

However, Devaras said, when they busted into the residence their poseur-buyer confirmed was the residence of Ogdamin, they found the 14 suspects in the middle of a shabu session.

Devaras identified the suspects caught in using drugs inside Ogdamin’s residence as: Maxell Mondijar, 35; Ric Anding, 38; Joel Magallano, 46; Francisco Estrada III, 32; Jocelyn Cañete, 48; Ferelyn Cayao, 44; Loide Baculio, 38; Ahmie Estrillone, 30; Lito Suazo, 42; Carlos Estillore Jr., 36; Nelgon Sabaduquia Jr., 24; Richard Pansilong, 29;  and Rosie Andelao, 58.

Seized from the suspects were substance suspected to be shabu with an estimated worth of P7,200, marked money, and an M16 assault rifle from Anding.

Devaras said all the 14 suspects are currently detained at the CIDG inside Camp Evangelista.

He added they will be filing appropriate charges against the suspects.
