City raids nab 6 drug personalities

SIX drug personalities were arrested in separate anti drug raids over the weekend.

Four drug suspects were caught inside a drug den in Barangay Nazareth.

The suspects were identified as Mohammad Taha Macarambon, 28, Jerry Abijay, 29, Zaldy Ampuan, 44, and Romulo Villanueva, 48, all residents of 12th St., Barangay Nazareth.

They yielded five grams of suspected shabu worth P40,000 and P300 marked money.

Chief Insp. Harvey Abellanosa, police station 2 chief said Macarambon was the target of the buy-bust following a month-long surveillance.

In another operation, authorities arrested Ralph Martin Jabiguero, 34, a resident of Kamance Zone 5, Barangay Iponan after he sold a sachet of shabu to a police decoy.

Police recovered 2.2 grams of shabu worth 18,000 and 0.66 grams of marijuana from Jabiguero’s possession.

Meanwhile, operatives of Agora police together with the City Intelligence Unit and Task Force Oro arrested a woman for allegedly selling illegal drugs during a buy-bust operation along C.M. Recto Barangay Lapasan.

Dalia Dinga, 38, of Zone 5 Apike St. Barangay Bugo yielded 3.0 grams of suspected shabu valued to P18,000 and P500 marked money. (a.l. ricalde)
