The Civil Service Commission (CSC) is encouraging government employees in region 10 to participate in the 18th Moral recovery Program National Convention/Workshop on Nov. 8-11 at the Sampaguita Gardens Resort and Hotel, New Washington, Aklan.
With the theme “Self-Empowerment Towards National Integrity,” the convention is also in consonance to the annual celebration of Filipino Values Month in November.
