The order was signed by Executive Judge Emmanuel Carpio.

Misuari is facing two counts of graft and two counts of malversation for the alleged anomalous purchase of education materials when he was the governor of the Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao in 2000.

Misuari reportedly spent P115 million for educational materials, but were not delivered to intended recipients.

The anti-graft court has ordered police authorities to arrest Misuari early this month. It has set the bail at P200 thousand to P460 thousand each for malversation through falsification charges, and P30 thousand each for graft.

Misuari posted a cash bond of P460 thousand.

Misuari was in Davao where he met with President Duterte on Saturday night at the Matina Enclaves. (pna)
