Rosalyn Libaring, sector president, said the residents are only relying on a well for their water needs. She said there are only few water pipes available in the area.

In view of this, the committee adopted a resolution requesting the Cagayan de Oro Water District (COWD) to immediately act on the request.

Lao stressed that water is a basic need which must be provided to the city’s constituents.

Dili ni padugayon kay tubig ni,” Lao stressed. He said

He said the committee will also invite the COWD management during its next meeting to find solutions to the problem. (sp)
