A Divine Shrine utility personnel was arrested during a buy-bust operation, Wednesday evening.
Police Supt. Randy Aneto, El Salvador police station commander, identified the suspect as George Panulaya, 40, residing at Barangay Laliman, El Salvador City.
Police said the suspect had been the subject of surveillance for months after they received reports about the nefarious activity of the suspect.
Recovered from Panulaya were P500 buy-bust money, three sachets of suspected shabu, and shabu paraphernalia.
