For sexually harassing his female drinking buddy, a resident of Barangay Nazareth, this city is now languishing in jail.
Police identified the suspect a certain Jobelle Pesino, 35, and residing at 2nd street of the said barangay.
It was learned that the suspect and the 30 years old victim was in a drinking session together with other friends inside a house when the incident took place.
After downing several bottles, the suspect together with his friends decided to sleep.
But a few minutes later the victim sensed that someone was kissing her neck, hugging her and finally touching different parts of her body.
Before the suspect could make another move, she rose up from the bed and shouted for help.
The occupants of the house arrested the suspect and brought him to Agora police.
Pesino is now temporarily detained at police precinct no. 4 in Agora pending formal filing of charges against him.
