All candidates for Binibining Medina Tourism 2017 wore Filipiñana dresses made out of coconut fabrics during the Bestidas Lubi de Medina fashion show last Sunday at the municipal covered court in South Poblacion, Medina in Misamis Oriental.
Mayor Donato Chan said he was impressed with the fashio show.
At least 21 candidates coming from the town’s barangays including from Axelum, DepEd, and the business sector showed their catwalk skills in the fashion show
“I’m also impressed and proud being the mayor because the makers of the dresses are all local designers,” Chan said.
