Misamis Oriental Governor Yevgeny Vincente B. Emano has supported the second Mayor Marie Guingona Level II Shooting Competition held on July 18-19 held at Pangasihan Shooting Range Gingoog City
Wayne Militante , president Pistol and Riffle Association of Gingoog Region X or PARAG-X said the competition is in line of the city’s celebration on the 55th Charter Day this July 23.
Militante said other official who also showed their support to this competition include Gingoog City Vice Mayor Erick G. Canosa and Ozamiz City Mayor Reynaldo Parohinog.
Gov. Emano also joined the competition along with Mayor Parohinog of Ozamis City and other official from other places in a Executive division according to report.
SPO2 Roy Peligrino Range Master said the participants were from Davao City,Ormoc City Ozamis City, Agusan del Sur, Butuan City Marawi, Bukidnon, Surigao City, Cagayan de Oro City Misamis Oriental and from this locality.
The said shooting competition was held as a fund raising of Phil Red Cross Gingoog Chapter it was learned.
City Councilor Winfred Militante Jr has welcome the visitors and partcipants in the competition in a short opening program for in behalf of Mayor Marie Guingona.
