ISULAN, Sultan Kudarat—Gov. Datu Suharto T. Mangudadatu, local government officials of Lambayong, PNP, together with the religious group and those involved in a feud sat down in a peaceful and truthful solution of their decades feud last August 04, 2015.
The Adzal and Nabe family whose feud were already for decades had finally settled their dispute over a twenty hectares of land more or less situated at Barangay Madanding, Lambayong, Sultan Kudarat.
Conditions were presented peacefully. Cenro-Tacurong City Jerry Dalauta had had made his commitment for the free survey and titling on the more than three hectares lland while Provincial Agrarian Reform Officer Alburo also vowed to identify the legitimate benefeciaries on such disputed land for the issuance also of CLOA as mandated under the program.
In a huddle with Gov. Mangudadatu, he firmly believed that the issue had been fully resolved on the merit of sincerity from both parties involved though accordingly former Sultan Kudarat Prosecutor-Attorney MacabanganAlamada, al hadz had to prepare the agreement which will soon be signed by parties involved.
Religious and elders alongside with the LGU-Lambayong and the PNP under the auspice of Police Senior Superintendent Danny L Reyes affirms on the governor’s statement related to the issue.
