MILLENIALS ARE:  Risk Taker. We take the risk because we go after what we want and we don’t stop until we have achieved that goal, we really don’t care about the consequences of our actions because if something fails at least we can charge it to experience and learn from it.

YOLO CONCEPT: I believe what you will be tomorrow depends on the choices you make today, I don’t really consider the you only live once concept because everything needs planning for the rainy day but I still get t enjoy life because that is me

LOVES DRAMA: We like drama because I think our generation now lacks the attention, we want to seem to be attracted to other people, we need to be always on top, to have the latest gadgets as way of attracting attention or affirmation from other people. Know we do care about the brands of the items we purchase but I tell you if you want to post it on social media do it do not second guess what is important is we have it and be happy to have own it.

RELIGION & FAITH: Compared to the past generation, we really don’t practice the norms of being a catholic like now usually when we dine we don’t say grace anymore and before our parents use to always remind us that we should pray before doing anything but now it like our parents have adapted our ways because they must have accepted that things are not the same anymore

MOBILE DEVICE ADDICT: I am not an addict believe me when I say that I only have Facebook and Instagram as application in my phone, yes I happen to purchase the latest model of cellular phones but I just follow with the latest trend and use it for call and text and that’s it

TRAVELLING: I hate travelling it makes me miss home and my parents I do not why but usually when I travel I get sick literally but for other people I see it as a reward, you work hard and you just feel that you actually deserve this vacation to relax and it also started with this generation that we seem to like to copy what other people have been doing and you see that as an aspiration to bonus yourself with travelling because he/she had.

HEARTBREAK & BEING LOST: It feels like it is the end the world maybe because when I love I happen to give it all that sometimes I forget myself and I think that in the process of it all, I then get lost. Love is probably my biggest weakness because I learn the mistakes I make at work but when it comes to relationship I don’t know ii just happen to make that same mistake over and over again.

GOOD TRAIT, BAD TRAIT: We are easily influenced especially by the people that surrounds you, confidence as a good trait with our generation because you don’t get to be bullied just be confident in a right manner take good care of your image

WEALTH: We consider wealth as a very important attribute because being rich basically all you have to do is to compete because if you don’t you will get left behind. If you are a child coming from a well-off family or you are an important person in the society people will prioritize you to be a guest on big events and be a part of almost everything and that is good because it will benefit your business

JOB/CAREER: I started hosting first after graduating college then I worked in a hotel and because of that it paved way for me to realize that weddings or events need proper planning or coordinating so I studied and joined seminars it was hard establishing my name but I showed them the quality of my work and always believe that quality should come first because then quantity follows. Doing something you love is very fulfilling when the moment you ask God for a sign in terms of your career and He happens to give it to you please grab the opportunity and go after what you really want.

POLITICAL VIEWS: let us not look at the popularity let’s base it from their experiences and the things they have accomplished but I really don’t divulged into politics that much.

BALANCE IN LIFE: It is all about time management, 80% work and 20% leisure

SOCIAL MEDIA AS AN OUTLET: complaining publicly is a fowl if you have a problem with a certain establishment go talk to the owner or the manager, if you have a problem with a friend always think of the good memories. Social media is good only for the good post

TO MY CO-MILLENNIALS: Always make the right decision and think of the consequences. It is okay to live life to fullest but know your limitations, we have to master how to control ourselves failure is never ending but success is never final also.
