Miss Scuba Philippines believes in sustainable development within the realms of marine environment and hopes that by sharing the beauty and wonders of the underwater world with the help of beauty ambassadors, more people will get a better understanding of the oceans, and how they can help to protect these fragile bodies of water. The pageant will be held at Pacific Cebu Resort today, September 26, at 7 p.m. The winner will represent the Philippines in Miss Scuba International on November 28 at Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia.
