Misamis Oriental-1 Rural Electric Service Cooperative (MORECO-) in cooperation of the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines launched the ‘Balik Eskwela’ program in Kimalok, Libertad town in Misamis Oriental distributing bags and school materials to school pupils in the area last June 11, 2015.
The program has benefited 87 school pupils at Kimalok Libertad where the school pupils received bag, school materials and and took their respective snacks during the program but more than that the pupils received first-hand information on the basics of electricity and some safety measures that were printed on the children’s notebooks.
The teachers of the pupils and their respective parents thanks Moresco-1 and NGCP for extending assistance to the school pupils with the hope that they will do the same in for the coming years.
