MOSCAT’S CONCERN – VICE GOVERNOR JOEY G. PELAEZ and the Members of the Provincial Board listen to Ms. Maria Consuelo del Castillo (lower left photo) of Misamis Oriental State College of Agriculture and Technology (MOSCAT). Ms. del Castillo sought the intervention of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Misamis Oriental to help send scholars to MOSCAT to increase its enrollees this school year. MOSCAT revealed that there is a decreasing number of enrollees these past few years, more specifically, in the agricultural courses they offer. Vice Governor Pelaez also advocates for the development of agriculture in the province and wants to help MOSCAT as it is the only tertiary educational institution carrying the name of Misamis Oriental.
