COUNCILOR Ian Mark Nacaya, chair of the city council committee on economic enterprises, said consultations should be held with vendors regarding the policies being implemented at the Bulua Terminal and Public Market.

This, in the wake of complaints brought to the committee by the president of the Cagayan de Oro Fruits and Vegetable Marketing Association, Inc. against the management of the terminal management in relation to “strict” policies on parking, and collection of fees.
