“No one reaches a high position without daring.” – Syrus

BECAUSE Imperial Manila, the trapos and the filthy rich know by heart that the Mindanao’s iridescent dream has come of age, they are resorting to their favorite gimmick of divide and conquer. But as Victor Hugo once said and all Mindanaoans know by heart that “an army can be stopped but not an idea that has come of age,” having a Mindanaoan President is unstoppable come May 9, 2016.

To date, none of the announced “presidentiables” come from Mindanao which has a solid backing of 13.5 million voters except “Super Digong” Duterte who has not yet announced his desire to seek the presidency. Further, Mindanao has patiently waited since 1935, and that’s a long, long time. Not only that, despite 15 presidents, nine of whom came from Imperial Manila, not one has come from the paradise-like islands of Mindanao-Sulu-Palawan-Tawi-Tawi.

Imperial Manila, the trapos and the filthy rich would like to believe that by having Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao to their side, tough-talking yet most respected Mayor Duterte would lose steam, as it were. But the fact is, the good congressman from Sarangani is not only a man who has reached the summit of his boxing profession because he has the heart and mind of a winner but most importantly, he is a Mindanaoan and he knows what it is to be poor, deprived and oppressed. No matter what Imperial Manila, the trapos and the filthy rich would do, all Mindanaoans are confident that congressman Pacquiao would have “no fear” in leading the Mindanao ticket with Duterte as our presidential bet in the May 9, 2016 national and local elections.

The teeming millions of Mindanaoans spread all over the country will prove to one and all that our time has come and it cannot be stopped. Not by Mar Araneta Roxas of the Liberals, the symbol of ill-gotten wealth cum arrogance, and the UNA sa mga trapo og uban pa.

And to repeat what I’ve written the other day, anywhere you go today in the paradise-like islands of Mindanao-Sulu-Palawan-Tawi-Tawi, Duterte is the overwhelming iridescent dream. With uncommon bravery yet full of compassion, he has tamed the Wild West bravado in Davao City, turning it from the infamous “Nicaragdao killing fields” into one of the 10 most livable cities in the world. And his track record outshines the bravest of the braves in our country even as his name has never been tainted by the No. 1 crime of Filipino politicians: the culture of impunity spawned by debilitating greed. Otherwise stated, Mayor Duterte is “Super Digong,” a fearless lawyer with a heart for the poor, the abused and the oppressed, he is well respected even by the communists, the leftists, the MILFs and MNLFs as well as the peace-loving Muslims, and he is a stand-out even among LGBTs, the women and the children.

It is for this and more that Imperial Manila, the trapos and the filthy rich––the triumvirate of avarice cum arrogance––are conspiring to create intrigue and dirty tricks using their ill-gotten wealth to inveigle Mindanaoans and all the poor in the hope of dividing the 13.5 million solid voters for Mayor Duterte come May 9, 2016.
So what shall it be Imperial Manila?

“Concon” simultaneously with the May 9, 2016 national and local elections or the fastest and the most effective People Power only in Mindanao, thus, installing Duterte as the first-ever President of the Independent Federal Republic of Mindanao?
Tsada, di ba?

“Who dares nothing, need hope for nothing.” – Schiller, Don Carlos
All Mindanaoans know by heart that when Pacquiao started his boxing carreer at an early age, he had nothing. But he also had “no fear” so much so that he was willing to give it all for he had nothing to lose as he had nothing at all but the heart and mind of a winner.

With “Pacman” heading the senatorial slate of the Mindanao team headed by Duterte as our presidential bet and our very own “PACmen”––former Senate President Aquilino “Nene” Pimentel Jr., former Governor and Assemblyman Homobono “Bono” Adaza, and former no-nonsense Mayor and Assemblyman Reuben “Ben” Canoy––crisscrossing the archipelago with their brilliance in oratory for federalism in the Concon, there is absolutely no doubt that the Philippines would have a Mindanaoan President in the person of tough-talking yet wellespected Mayor Duterte as President of our country or the first President of the Independent Federal Republic of Mindanao-Sulu-Palawan-Tawi-Tawi.

Sobra ka na Imperial Manila. Sa Mindanao na sab ta. Tsada, di ba?

“In God have I put my trust: I will not be afraid what man can do to me.” –Psalms LVI. 11
Thank you Lord for everything. And Lord God, kindly implant especially in our leaders, honesty, humility, transparency and hard work in their solemn task as our servants-leaders because those who have less in life are the sovereign and the very source of their borrowed power and wealth. Finally, Lord, enlighten us all to see the light that greed is a flawed way of life. For truly, there is more profit in giving than in taking. For it is in giving that we receive. Truly, love begets love. Amen!
