The PLDT Group has powered the livestreaming of the International Eucharistic Congress (IEC 2016) by Radio Television Malacanang (RTVM), allowing people to view this historic religious event happening now in Cebu City straight from their TV or mobile devices wherever they may be in the world. Cebu-based startup InnoPubMedia and Smart Communications have also jointly designed the IEC2016 mobile app that provides comprehensive information about the Congress. Users can obtain background information about the IEC, its history, the full schedule of events, as well as messages from Church officials, and other conferenceelated resources and documents.
