Police committee tasked to act on concern on usufruct agreement

SUPPORTING projects of the Philippine National Police, Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin Uy referred to the City Council committee on police, fire, and public safety chaired by Councilor Romeo Calizo for appropriate action concerns regarding the usufruct agreement entered into by the city government with the PNP covering the use of a portion of the city government’s lot in Barangay Macabalan as the site of the police station.

Chief Insp. Enrique Diocos Belaca-ol Jr. informed the city government that the contract of usufruct was returned as it did not reach the former PNP chief before he retired from service. (cio)
