In an interview, Wildon Barros, secretary general of the Bagong Alyansang Makabayan-Northern Mindanao Region (Bayan-NMR) called the President a ‘big fat liar’ because under the Aquino administration the country has turned from bad to worse.

“Walay kalainan, walay kabag-ohan,” said Barros.

Barros added that under the Aquino administration, the country became a dum-ping site for exported garbage from Canada, minimum wages of workers remained low despite rising prices of basic commodities, and the lackadaisical attitude of the administration toward the West Philippine Sea dispute.

The prosters march around the city and held a short program at Magsay-say Park, D.V. Soria, this city. They capped their protest action by burning an effigy of President Aquino.
