A 34-day old Pinker’s Hawk Eagle, also known as Mindanao hawk-eagle (Nisaetus pinskeri), is fed with rabbit and goat meat at the Philippine Eagle Center in Malagos, Davao City. This endangered eagle species is the 5th to be bred and born in captivity and is endemic to the greater Mindanao fauna region that occupies interior forests and high elevations.
