MISAMIS Oriental Jail Warden Dominador Tagarda has requested City Police Director Senior Supt. Robert Roy Bahian to investigate a stray bullet incident inside the women’s cell at the Provincial Jail at about 5 pm, Monday.
Tagarda believed that a gun was fired indicriminately during President Rodrigo Duterte’s State of the Nation Address on Monday.
The stray bullet was found on the bed of a female inmate.
Capitol spokesperson Nicole Managbanag said the bullet found came from a .45 caliber pistol and was found in the cell of Jomaira Sarip Macapudi.
