Talisayan, Misamis Oriental — Provincial Gov. Yevgeny Vincente Emano witnessed the inauguration and oath-taking ceremony of the newly-elected and re-elected municipal officials here, yesterday.
Re-elected Mayor Rommel Maslog led the said activity.
Emano, who gave a short message during the affair, congratulated all the elected officials of the town.
Municipal Trical Court Circuit Judge Emmanuel Paderanga administered the oath of office of all officials.
Emano took the opportunity to express his gratitude to the people in the oldest town of the province for supporting him in the May 9 Elections.
He declared he will continue making the town’s social services part of his priority programs for the province.
Other officials who were sworn into office include: Vice Mayor Josepina Omondang. and municipal councilors Nestor Aguilar, Jenniel Ramoga, Pacito Dangazo, Catherine Ifurung, Ryan Talines, and Andres Llagas.
