GUBERNATORIAL candidate Julio Uy and Congresswoman Juliette Uy, will hold its 28th Medical Mission in Manticao, Misamis Oriental today.
The medical mission will cater the services of medical check-up of cataract operations, other eye problems, excision of cyst (Removal of cyst), Hemorrhoidectomy (Almuranas), Herhiorrahaphy (Rayoma), cholecystectomy (Gall bladder stone, myona, ovarian tumors) cleft lip palate repair, orthopedic surgeries, nasal polyps, also, during the medical mission there will be other services available massage, free dental service, free haircut, free legal consultations and distribution of medicines and vitamins for children.
The medical mission of the couple began 3 years ago in cooperation with their close friends and some of the companies that situated in Villanueva, the hometown of the Uy couple.
Manticao Mayor Reoberto “Bobby” Lagrosas and other local officials are very thankful that the outreach program of the couple has chosen their province as venue for the medical mission which will benefit its residents.
By doing this medical mission in the 2nd district of Misamis Oriental, the 1st district mayors also requested the couple to launch their medical missions in their town as well, in which the couple welcomed the request and said they will discuss it with 1st district representative Cong. Peter Unabia.
Julio Uy said, “If given a chance to lead the province with Cong. Peter Unabia and Cong. Juliette Uy, we can continue the medical mission to every barangay and the province of Misamis Oriental will have a brighter future in terms of progress and development”. advt
