Quiña confirmed and identified the wanted person as John Edward Dagoc, 26, Single, and a resident of Barangay 2, here.

Quiña turned over Dagoc to Balingasag Police Station under Chief Insp. Jolito Caseres.

Dagoc escaped from the authority during drug buy-bust operation conducted in June this year at his residence, said Quiña.

He was charged with possession of suspected shabu pharapernalia as violation of Section 12 of the Dangerous Drugs Act.

Dagoc was charged of the possession of illegal fire arm and ammunition on April 14, 2015 then was convicted on Dec. 14, last year, said Quiña.

According to Maria Bella Tigulo, supervising probation and parole officer in Misamis Oriental, her office has granted Dagoc probation on March 1 for his conviction of illegal possession of firearms and ammunition. However, this probation was revoked on Aug. 7.
