SURIGAO City — The 10 accused drug personalities would be confined for six months of rehabilitation for violating the Section 5, Article II of RA 9165 or Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, after Judge Cesar Bordalba of RTC branch 30, Surigao City found them guilty beyond reasonable doubt, last week.
Sentenced to drug rehabilitation were Crispin Serdan, 56 years old, resident of Brgy. Taft; Jose Raul Pandio, 57 years old, resident of Brgy. Canlanipa; Winsor Mahusay, 23 years old, resident of Brgy. Canlanipa; Alher Dasoc, 37 years old, resident of San Jose Dinagat Province; Rolando Berbal, 31 years old, resident of Brgy. Mat-i.

It can be recalled that there were 13 drug personalities arrested but only 10 were sentenced to rehabilitation confinement in Rehabilitation Center in Brgy, Anomar, the city.
