Commission on Elections-10 regional director Reynato Magbutay said candidates who did not submit their Soce on the deadline (June 1) will be facing a P15-thousand fine as administrative fine.

Magbutay, however, declined to give the names of the 207 candidates but added that the list comprised of candidates in the congressional, gubernatorial, vice gubernatorial, provincial board, city and town mayoral, and vice mayors.

He said the erring candidates will not be able to run for any public office anymore.

Posibli nga kadtong wala mag-submit sa ilang Soce, dagko to silag gasto sa milabay nga election, nga hadlok masakpan sa comelec nga naka-violate sila sa balaod,” Magbutay pointed out.

According to Magbutay, every candidate is allowed to spend only P3 for each candidate in the local government where they are running.
