Agrarian Production Credit Program (APCP) is a crop production loan with a budget of 1 billion Pesos wherein Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) is the conduit bank and the target clients are Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries thru Agrarian Reform Beneficiary Organizations (ARBOs).

Through this program, La Paz, Agusan del Sur availed Six Million Eight Hundred Forty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P 6,848,500) financial assistance from APCP for 343 farmer beneficiaries. Two Agrarian Reform Beneficiary Organizations (ARBOs) are the proponents, Lumadsa Adgawan Farmer Beneficiaries Multi-Purpose Cooperative (LAMFUPACO) of Poblacion La Paz had availed Three Million One Hundred Eighteen Thousand Five Hundred (P3, 118,500.00) Pesos for Rice Production Loan with One Hundred Seventy Six (176) farmer Beneficiaries and Two Million Seven Hundred Thousand (P2,700,000.00) for Corn Production Loan with One Hundred Six (106) beneficiaries. The Panagangan Women Multi-Purpose Cooperative (PWMPC) of Panagangan, La Paz had also availed One Million Thirty Thousand (P1, 030,000.00) Pesos for rice production Loan to Sixty One (61) farmer beneficiaries.

Among the objectives of the credit program are: to increase family income and provide the farmers with affordable interest rate.
