OPERATIVES of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA-10) have arrested and filed cases for violation of RA 9165 against 50-year old resident of Barangay Puerto during a buy-bust operation over the weekend.
PDEA-10 regional Adrian G. Alvariño identified the suspect as Joselindo Cayapos Eramis alias Lyndo, 50 years old and a resident of Zone-5, Barangay Puerto and listed as among the top target listed as pusher.
Bought from the suspect was one small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet suspected shabu during a buy bust operation.
Also confiscated during the said operation were two heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu weighing 3.0 grams and one P500 bill bearing serial number CA213201 used as buy-bust money.
All the confiscated items were worth P21,000 estimated market value.
The pieces of drug evidence were forwarded to PDEA Regional Laboratory Office for qualitative and quantitative examination. Cases for violation of Sections 5 and 11, Article II of RA 9165 are being prepared for filing in court against the suspect.
