COUNCILOR Dometilo Acenas Jr., chair of the City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate, favorably endorsed to the committee on laws and rules chaired by Councilor Ian Mark Nacaya for appropriate action the application for Development Permit (DP) of Ayana Subdivision located in Barangay Balubal.
This, upon noting that all requirements submitted to the committee has been complied with. However, all conditions of concerned agencies are part of the decision and are subject to monitoring.
The subdivision covers an area of 23,074 square meters containing 178 house and lot units.
The application for DP filed by D’ Mapple Development Corporation was favorably endorsed by the City Housing Board and the City Planning and Development Office. The City Engineering Office also endorsed the application. However, the developer was advised to construct a detention pond prior to any earth moving activities at the project site and to clear the right-of-way and drainage structure of the offsite drainage to connect any existing waterway, among others.
The city engineer said all works for the project shall be in accordance with the Department of Public Works and Highways standard specifications.
Declogging of any siltation and/or eroded materials that may affect waterway and/or a residential area as maybe caused by said development shall be the responsibility of the developer, said the city engineer. (sp)
