COUNCILOR Dometilo Acenas Jr., chair of the City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate, led the ocular inspection yesterday in Calaanan, Barangay Canitoan.
This is in response to the request of P.N. Roa Realty Corporation for the cancellation of the approved Alteration of Plan of P.N. Roa Valley Subdivision per City Ordinance No. 11452-2009.
In her letter request to the City Council, Evelyn Clavano, president of the company, said the consolidation subdivision survey based on the said ordinance was not implemented. The company is applying for the new alteration scheme for its future development, she added.
It may be recalled that the City Council enacted an ordinance approving the application of the corporation for Alteration of Plan for portions of the subdivision project with a total area of 94,313 square meters.
The committee will conducted an ocular inspection in Gusa on the same day.
This is in relation to the request for Development Permit of the NHA-Gusa Eco-Village with an area of 253,064 square meters containing 2,579 lots. (clo)
