THE application for Development Permit of Ayana Subdivision located in Barangay Balubal is now being reviewed by the City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate chaired by Councilor Dometilo Acenas Jr.
The subdivision lot covers an area of 23,074 containing 178 lot units and seven commercial lots.
The application for DP, filed by D’ Mapple Development Corporation was endorsed by the City Housing Board, City Planning and Development Office and City Engineering Office for approval.
The committee is likewise reviewing the application for DP of Ecoverde Sierra Phase 2 filed by MCDC Ecoverde Homes Corporation located in Barangay Indahag. This covers an area of 22,538 square meters with 234 lot units.
The City Housing Board, CPDO and City Engineering Office favorably endorsed the application with conditions that declogging of siltation of any waterway be the responsibility of the developer. (sp)
