CAMP Alagar regional director Chief Supt. Timoteo Pacleb honored and promoted some 645 police officers of Northern Mindanao.

Pacleb celebrated the deserving police officers during the simultaneous mass oath taking and donning of ranks in Camp Alagar, Barangay Lapasan, this city on Monday.

The newly promoted police officers are assigned in the different units in the city, provincial, and regional police offices of the Police Regional Office-10.

“Your promotion  does not only imply more authority, but rather comes with a greater commitment to our principle and renewed as sense of service,” Pacleb said during the ceremony.

Pacleb also encouraged the newly promoted police officers to always strive to be model police officer in the Philippine National Police organization.

“You should become good models of competence, discipline, excellence, and professionalism in the organization,” Pacleb reiterated.

The police officers who were promoted passed the qualification standards conducted by the Police Commission Officer-Promotion Committee and the Police Non-Commission Officer Promotion Board in Camp Alagar.

The Promotion Committee based their decision on the National Police Commission Resolution No. 2013-501.

Among the 645 police officers of Northern Mindanao who were promoted were Chief Insp. Ian Datiles as Most Senior Police Commission Officer and SPO3 Cedric Bentuzal as Most Senior Non-Commission Officer.

In their acceptance speeches, both Datiles and Bentuzal thanks the Promotion Board of Camp Alagar for promoting them to a higher rank.
