MALACANANG yesterday announced the appointment of Andrew Felix Arsenio de Castro as commissioner of the Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG), replacing Maita Chan-Gonzaga.
The Palace also announced the appointment of 74 other officials in the different agencies. Among the appointees are Armina Dielle Kapunan as assistant secretary of Department of Transportation and Communication (DOTC) and Calixto Mabesa Protacio as executive director of the Philippine Rice Research Institute under the Department of Agriculture.
