Body of man who went missing on Valentine’s day found

A MAN who went missing on Valentine’s Day was found dead near the Balulang-Macasandig bridge on Saturday.

SPO2 Wheeler Limbao of the Carmen police identified the dead man as 52-year-old George Jabonillo of Barangay Cansubong,  Talisay, Cebu.

Jabonillo, who stayed here at Green Heights in Balulang here, was reported to have gone missing while taking  a swim at around 5:30 pm on Thursday.

Libnao said Jabonillo’s body was found by a man who went out fishing in Balulang at around 6 am on Saturday.

Police said the body was stuck between a wood and rocks, and it was already in a  state of decomposition.

Investigators said all signs point to drowning.
