CHECKPOINT. Personnel from the Cagayan de Oro City Police Office inspect vehicles and passengers passing through this city’s national highway along C.M. Recto Avenue to check for passengers’ and drivers’ barangay exit pass (BEP) and Authorized Person Outside of Residence IDs, among others. Those who fail to present their credentials would be issued an Ordinance Violation Receipt and fines. Similar checkpoints have also been placed in different barangays of the city after its quarantine status changed from Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine to the stricter Enhanced Community Quarantine in mid July.
