FOUR barangays are set to implement their programs and projects lined up for this year.
The City Council has adopted separate resolutions giving the go signal to Barangays 31, 35, Agusan, and Tumpagon covering their respective annual budgets for 2019.
Barangay 31 has earmarked P381,500 representing its 20 % Development Fund for the fabrication of movable stage ramp, declogging of canal and installation and maintenance of street lighting facilities.
Meanwhile, Barangay Agusan has appropriated P2.4 million for the constructions of drainage system, pathways, BNC office, Materials Recovery Facility including fencing, rehabilitation of Multi-Purpose Hall, declogging of canals and installation and maintenance of street lighting system.
Barangay Tumpagon has has earmarked P548,390 for the establishment of Sports Development Center, construction of perimeter fence, rehabilitation and re-graveling of local roads, installation of street lighting facilities and purchase of other equipment environmental management. (sp)
