ANOTHER socialized housing project of the city government will soon rise in Barangay Lumbia.
This, after the city council approved the application of the city government of Cagayan de Oro for Preliminary Approval and Locational Clearance (PALC) and Development Permit (DP) of Lumbia-City Socialized Housing Project.
The housing project covers an area of 106,020 square meters containing 370 lot units located at Sitio Patpat, Lumbia.
The said applications were deliberated and recommended for approval by the Cagayan de Oro Housing Board.
The City Planning and Development Office and City Engineering Office likewise endorsed the PALC and DP with conditions that the approved preliminary plans must be essentially the same as final size development plan, among others.
The application for PALC and DP were reviewed and endorsed by the committee on laws and rules chaired by Councilor Ian Mark Nacaya. (sp)
