Councilor Ian Mark Nacaya shows reporters a monitor that would be used to monitor key areas inside and outside Cogon market through 49 closed circuit television cameras that allows viewers to zoom in and zoom out, see what’s happening and even record car plate numbers as far as 200 meters away.
