The machines were then distributed to different polling precincts in the city.

The machines were delivered from the treasurer’s office at city hall.

Representatives from the Commission on Elections (Comelec) brought the machines while being accompanied by officers from the Cagayan de Oro City Police Office.

As soon as the machines were set up, these were immediately tested.

At Barangay 2, Cluster 2, Precinct 4A, 10 people participated in the test conducted by members of the Board of Election Inspectors, Aurora Acmad and Jessel Pairat of the City High School.

“So far, perfect ang machine walay sayop. Kung unsa imong gibotohan mao gyuy mugawas sa imong resibo,” Pairat said.

Vanessa Bualat, a technical support staff member, said she inspected all the machines, and she did not find any problem.
