COUNCILOR Suzette Magtajas-Daba, chair of the City Council committee on education, is encouraging the youth of Cagayan de Oro to attend the upcoming Full Scholarships Applicants Assembly on Feb. 5, 9:00 am at the City Hall Quadrangle.
This is in line with the 2019 Full Scholarships Application under the Scholarship Program of the city government which is now open for student applicants who wish to acquire full academic scholarship.
The minimum qualifications of the full scholarship are as follows: the student must be an incoming first year college student of school year 2019-2020; a graduate of private or public senior high school, Filipino citizen and a resident of the city. The applicants must possess a minimum of 85% general weighted average for performance-based applicants and 75% of the first semester final grade for income-based applicants from Senior High School.
