A RESOLUTION earnestly requesting Chief Supt. Timoteo Pacleb, Regional Director of the PNP-Regional Office 10, and Senior Supt. Robert Roy Bahian, City Director of Cagayan de Oro City Police Office, to retain the assignment of Senior Insp. Maricris Ybanez Mulat and Senior Insp. Dennis Sabal Ebsolo at the Cocpo was approved by the 18th City Council during its regular session this week.
Councilor Zaldy Ocon, proponent of the resolution, said the purpose of the resolution is not for promotion. The reason is because of the effective service of Mulat and Ebsolo for having apprehended high target criminals and confiscated three kilos of shabu, he explained. (clo)
