Qualified city hall officials and employees will soon have a financial windfall.
The City Council has recently approved Supplemental Budget No. 3 of the General Fund in the amount of P20 million and Supplemental Budget No. 1 of the Special Account: Local Economic Enterprise amounting to P2 million for the grant of Performance Based Bonus for fiscal year 2017.
This is pursuant to DILG-DBM Memorandum Circular No. 2017-4.
The supplemental budgets were endorsed by the city mayor, who also received a letter from DILG Secretary Eduardo Año citing that the city government is eligible to receive the 2017 PBB under the Strategic Performance Management System.
The PBB is a top-up bonus which is a component of the Performance-Based Incentive System. (sp)
