Iligan City — Cases of dengue in this city have now reached 2,055.
Douglas Garcia, spokesman of the City Health Office here yesterday said the record is for the period of Jan. 1 to Nov. 22, this year.
There is also a report of an additional one death of a six-year-old in barangay Hinaplanon. But, he added this has yet to be validated.
If such case of dengue would be validated, it would be its 20th death of dengue.
To recall, on Aug. 22, the city declared a state of calamity relative to dengue.
