“For they can conquer who believe they can.” – Vergil

A TIME there was when all, including ourselves, were convinced that Mindanao was such a danger zone. And because ours is the second largest island in the entire archipelago, our rulers flattered us, Mindanaoans, with the phrase “The land of promise.” Not even the promise land.

A good many Duterte loyalists and supporters were elated by the calculated results of the dummy social-weather-takers-kuno, SWS, showing our man, Davao Mayor Rodrigo “Super Digong” Duterte in a solo lead in the presidential derby, replacing the clearly Malacanang choice, a Filipino foundling but not a natural-born Filipino.

But what the dummy did not expect was for the Duterte camp to say they cannot be complacent.

As we have written in the social media, the latest so-called “first quarter report” is nothing more but an act of desperation by the ruling elite in our country. While the dummy was constrained to reveal what has always been the hidden truth ever since Duterte and Alan Peter Cayetano teamed up, their numbers do not add up. Precisely because the teeming millions of the poor Filipinos no longer listen to the ruling elitist both in government and in private business, the dummy came up with the truth but on numbers that do not add up.

It was this time in the 2010 presidential elections that Malacanang switched support from their bottom-dweller standard bearer Gibo of the ruling Coquangco dynasty to the consistent topnotcher in both the dummy survey-takers- kuno (False Asia and SWS) Manny Villar, the richest presidential bet at that time. Necessarily by so doing everybody thought then that the election of Villar was over but the counting.

What the gullible then did not know was that twin-dummy (False Asia and SWS) were already cooking a clear “status quo” – the elitists still reigning all over the land.

Consider these facts then prevailing:

  • Despite everything, money, brute power and what-have-they, Gibo’s numbers remained at the bottom but neither was Villar’s enormous resources–money and machine–mattered at all. On the other hand, Erap and his vice presidential bet, Binay, was on the rise as far as what the trending showed; hence, the ruling elitists in our country had to do their homework and came up with fake numbers as they have always done ever since their coming into the political-musical-chair-game known as trending. Gets mo?
  • The latest SWS calculated results is trending no doubt about it despite the truth that our man Duterte has achieved the super rockstar phenomenon. By showing the truth that Duterte is leading but changing the numbers accordingly, the dummies thought in vain that they are in the best position to get what they wanted all along – more money and victory at the polls courtesy of the digital dagdag-bawas – PCOS (President Cory’s Only Son). Bear in mind that the ruling elitists have changed the name of the digital dagdag-bawas (PCOS) to that of OMR–Oplan Mar Roxas, now changed by Comelec as VCM –Victorious Count for Mar.

“I’m confused” is the expected normal reaction to the foregoing analysis. It is precisely what the dummies are doing: confuse the enemy, a normal Sun Tzu’s Art of War. But what the elitists do not know is that our man Duterte has perfected the Art of War.

Hereunder are the indubitable facts:

There are no less than 40 teeming million Cebuano-speaking Filipino voters spread all over the archipelago: 13, 750 million are in Mindanao-Basilan-Sulu-Palawan-Tawi-Tawi. Of the 12 million voters in the Visayas, 40 percent are Cebuano-speaking voters or 4.8 million, and 40  of the 27.5 million in Luzon or 11 million are Cebuano-speaking voters in Metro Manila. By conservative mathematical calculations, Duterte can easily secure 20 million votes, much, much more than the PCOS counted votes given PNoy (15 million) in the 2010 presidential elections.

Among the five basic principles of the PDP-Laban is consultative and participatory democracy, hence, martial law is out of the question.

The PDP-Laban has learned its lessons well. Never again shall debilitating greed divide the rank and file of the old reliable of the PDP-Laban.

Truly, the reason why PDP-Laban is burning the candles in fasttracking the BMS (Basic Membership Seminar) is precisely to put in place all the five principles of the party before Duterte is proclaimed winner by a landslide vote which is expected by the great many Filipinos of all walks of life and ages.

Trust me, the emerging ruling political party of the country, the PDP-Laban, will see to it, thus:

  • On the very first day of a Duterte-Cayetano leadership, the Filipino people will hear in clear and unmistakable language that there shall be no more oligarchy and hypocricy. The Philippines shall have a government of, by and for the people; and, the abrupt end of the culture of impunity shall be a certainty; further, there shall be many well-coordinated citizens’ arrests. It is precisely this kind of public cooperation to be led by the rank and file of the PDP-Laban that will put to rest the idea of palakasan and political patronage. Every other Filipino shall exercise vigilance which has never been experienced by the Filipinos in the past. Henceforth, and God-willing there shall be equality among Filipinos of all walks of life and ages.
  • The 100 million Filipinos, through the PDP-Laban, will pressure our legislators to ensure that there is immediate passage and implementation of the double-the-salary of policemen, soldiers, and the lowly paid public school teachers well within the month of the opening of the Congress. With this scheme, the legislators will have to cooperate. Otherwise, they will have a dose of their trapos’ own medicine. And this is the main reason why there will be no need for a martial law regime.
  • Also well within the first two months of the Duterte-Cayetano administration, the tandem will find ways and means of changing our form of government from the present graft and corrupt-prone centralized government, where only the rich and powerful are elected into office to that of a federal government, be it parliamentary or presidential, taking into full account ethnic divide so that there will be unity among cultural diversity.
  • There will be equality in opportunities in life among all Filipinos – the Lumad, the Muslims and the predominantly Christians. The 13 Muslims tribes will unite unlike today where only the favored armed MILF-BIFF get everything from our government, to the exclusion of the peace-loving Muslims and Lumads, who have co-existed with us, Christians.

Trust me, the dawning of the real change that we’ve all been waiting for is now a certainty. Undoubtedly, Davao Mayor Duterte is the next President of our country if not, the Independent Federal Republic of Mindanao-Sulu-Basilan-Palawan-Tawi-Tawi but only if the Comelec, God forbid, allows cheating.

Duterte-Cayetano pa more!

Tsada, di ba?
